Formula features: formulated from a special mixture of fluoropolymers and other high-performance resins. It can be layered during the curing process, so that the fluoropolymer is more concentrated on the surface, thereby better maintaining the hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low friction and non-stick properties of the coating.

Application areas: It can be applied to smooth and clean metal surfaces, suitable for food processing equipment, fasteners, and parts in the automotive and aerospace markets.

Performance advantages

Corrosion resistance: It can resist the erosion of a variety of chemicals, can remain stable in complex chemical environments, and protect the coated objects from corrosion.
Wear resistance: It has good wear resistance, can withstand a certain degree of friction and wear, and extend the service life of components.
Low friction: The low friction coefficient can minimize the friction loss on the surface of the coated object, which is conducive to improving equipment operation efficiency and reducing energy consumption.

In addition, there are other Teflon single-layer coatings, such as Teflon® S products, which are also single-layer and self-priming. Compared with pure fluoropolymers, the curing temperature is lower, but some properties such as high temperature resistance and demolding may be compromised.
