Performance characteristics
1. High temperature resistance: It can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -196℃ to 260℃. Under proper ventilation conditions, the intermittent use temperature can be higher.
2. Chemical stability: It has excellent chemical resistance similar to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and can operate stably for a long time in complex corrosive environments such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and strong oxidants.
3. Low friction coefficient: It is one of the materials with the smallest friction coefficient among plastics. Both dynamic and static friction coefficients are very low, which can effectively reduce the friction between the surfaces of objects.
4. Good electrical properties: It has high dielectric strength, low dielectric constant, low loss factor and high surface resistivity. The electrical insulation performance is stable in a wide frequency range, and the electrical insulation is not affected by temperature.
5. Non-stickiness: Almost no solid substances can adhere to the Teflon PFA coating permanently, and sticky substances can easily fall off even if they are temporarily adhered.
6. Non-wetting property: low surface energy, hydrophobic and oleophobic, liquids such as water and oil will form water droplets on its surface without spreading.
7. Excellent mechanical properties: good creep resistance and compression strength under high temperature conditions, high tensile strength, and elongation can reach 100%-300%.
8. Flame retardancy: flame retardancy grade reaches V0.
9. Biocompatibility: physiologically inert, can be implanted in the human body, and has good compatibility with human tissue.

Usually available in two forms: aqueous liquid and powder.

Application field
1. Chemical industry: used for coatings of chemical reactors, pipelines, valves, storage containers, etc. to prevent equipment from being corroded by chemical substances and ensure long-term stable operation of equipment.
2. Electronic and electrical field: can be applied to electronic components, circuit boards, wires and cables, etc., to play the role of insulation, protection and corrosion resistance.
3. Automobile industry: used in automobile fuel systems, exhaust systems, turbocharger components, etc., to improve the high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of components.
4. Medical device field: used for coatings of medical catheters, syringes, surgical instruments, etc., to reduce friction between instruments and human tissues, reduce the risk of infection, and have good biocompatibility.
5. Food industry: suitable for molds, baking trays, conveyor belts, etc. of food processing equipment, to prevent food from sticking, easy to clean, and meet food contact safety standards.
6. Aerospace field: used for aircraft engine parts, fuel pipelines, hydraulic systems, etc., to meet their use requirements in harsh environments such as high temperature and high corrosion.

Coating parameters
The curing temperature is usually around 371°C, and the coating thickness can be adjusted according to specific needs, generally up to 40 mil thick.
