Product Features
IG541 inert gas extinguishing agent is composed of three
gases—nitrogen (N₂), argon (Ar), and carbon dioxide (CO₂)—mixed in
a specific ratio. Its release simply returns these natural gases to
the atmosphere, with an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero and
a global warming potential (GWP) of zero. This extinguishing agent
does not undergo chemical reactions during fire suppression, making
it non-polluting, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and highly electrically
insulating.
IG541 inert gas is a colorless and transparent gas. When discharged, it does not create dense fog that could obstruct visibility, facilitating safe evacuation. Additionally, personnel within the protected area can still breathe normally, eliminating the need for any discharge delay in the event of a fire. This allows for immediate fire suppression, minimizing damage.
Fire Extinguishing Mechanism of IG541 Inert Gas:
By reducing the oxygen concentration in the protected area (from
the normal 21% in air to below 12.5%), the gas prevents combustion
from being sustained, achieving fire suppression through physical
asphyxiation.
IG541 gas fire suppression equipment is tested and certified in accordance with the GB25972-2010 standard. The filled IG541 inert gas is inspected and certified to comply with the GB20128-2006 standard. The equipment features comprehensive functionality, stable and reliable operation, and thorough safety measures, offering superior performance. It is an ideal product that customers can trust for safe and reliable use.
