What is the Antistatic(ESD) Plastic components box?

The electronic components are very sensitive and vulnerable to stationary electric charges. To protect the electronic parts, the manufacturers of electronic devices require that the components containers must discharge the static electricity.

Our antistatic plastic components boxes are made from the ESD corrugated plastic sheets with surface resistance of between 10⁶ ohms to 10⁹ ohms per square meter. The boxes are made from fluted /corrugated polypropylene sheets which are extruded from HDPP (high-density polypropylene) resin. The sheets are the desired material to make the boxes of the components due to its durable nature and impact shatter resistance. Compared with the injection moulded ESD containers, our corrugated plastic components boxes are comparatively low cost and lightweight, which is the ideal container for delivering various components, such as computer motherboard, electronic chips, mobile phones & tablets parts, etc..

The factory is located in the Chengdu Cross-strait Science and Technology Industrial Development Park, Chengdu City which is the capital city of Sichuan province, China. With the construction area of 10,095 m² , the plant has plenty space well equipped two extruding production lines for fluted plastic sheets, one complete production line for the plastic divider sheet (plastic layer pad ), and one complete productions line for the corrugated plastic boxes. The 40 High Cube container can be driven into our workshop directly to load the corrugated plastic sheets/ boxes into the containers.

An East European customer bought one 40 HC container of corrugated plastic sheets for construction in 2016, and he imports 5 40HC containers from our factory per year now.
