Q1: Are you a manufacturer?
A1: Yes, we are. we take all processing of manufacturing, testing, packaging, storage by our own.

Q2. May I visit your factory?
A2: you are welcome to visit our factory.

Q3: How to get sample?
A3: we will offer 2 pcs free sample for testing. shipping charge will be on buyer's side. Buyer's Air Express account is also workable.

Q4: How to pay the sample fee?
A4: If you need extra sample for testing, we accept T/T & Paypal.

Q5: Which Air Express the sample will be sent?
A5: Express available by UPS,TNT,Fedex,Aramex and GATI. if you need prepaid service,

we also have very low discounts from the suppliers.

Q6: Can we have our own label?
A6: Yes, We accpet OEM service, so you can send us your packaging artwork
MOQ for customer's label is 3,000pcs each design and partial shipment is allowed.

Q7: What is the Payment Terms?
A7: We prefer T/T once the order is confirmed for first cooperation. From second order,

30% deposit as order confirmed and 70% before shipment. At sight L/C will be acceptable,

but the price will be a little higher, because of the high L/C banking fee.

Q8: What is your Trade Term?
A8: EX WORK, FOB, C&F, CIF, DOOR TO DOOR, DDU

Q9: Do you have MOQ?
A9: No, we don't. But invoice amount less than USD3000 will take more cost for shipment handling charge.

Q10: Can you do customized products OEM or ODM?
A10: Yes, we are specialized in manufacturing epoxy related adhesive for more than 11 years.
Special formula development is also available.

Q11: How long is the lead time (producing time) ?
A11: It's depended on order qty and production schedule. Please advise estimated order qty for checking.

Q12: How to ship the goods?
A12: We can arrange to ship by sea, air, express, door to door as per your demand. Assigned forwarder is also workable.
