FEEDING SECTION

1. National Patent Certificate, servo motor drive feeding rollers, no mechanical transfer error that keeps the feeding precision for long time, adjustable fan volume and pressure to save power.
2. High Voltage static dust sticking (Optional), Brush and 3-4 dust blowers, clean the impurities and dust on the sheets to improve the printing quality, at the same time, save the time for cleaning the printing plates.
3. Avoid the pressure to the cardboard, increase the cardboard strength, it helps to save the cost of raw materials, and save time to adjust the gaps, because it’s by full vacuum device.

PRINTING SECTION

1. Top print with Vacuum Transfer System.
2. Highly accurate printing registration.
3. Printing Register servo control.
4. Laser engraved ceramic anilox roll, 250-350LPI.
5. Rubber Roller as standard, and chamber blade system is Optional.
6. With Surveillance System to check cardboard transmission situation.
7. Programming auto wash ink chamber system.
8. Auto zero- set for printing position.

SLOTTER CREASER SECTION

1. 8 shaft structure, pre-creasing, big-creasing, thin-creasing, slotting.
2. Separate shaft for pre-creaser and creaser ensures sufficient crushing and creasing.
3. Auto zero- set for slotting knife.
4. Slotting Register servo control.
5. Slotting boss movements adopts linear guiding system match with ball screw, smooth movement.
6. Slotting boss adopts opposite insert structure, stable moving.

DIE CUTTER SECTION

1. Anvil and Die-cutting Cylinders and Impression rollers are all dynamically balanced and constructed in High quality steel, surface ground and hard chrome plating.
2. Friendly HMI touch screen interface and also push-button control for easy adjusting.
3. Anvil cover Cylinder was independent control by Frequency motor, which speed can be adjusting.
4. Automatic grinding system for Anvil Cover rapid use, save your cost.
5. Using direct servo drive system on die-cutting unit to effectively reduce the impact of die-cutting vibration and printing.
