Bubble bag is specially designed to produce the best possible quality of extract for our customers who prefer a streamlined, more cost-effective process.Our screens are top quality monofilament screens. The nylon screen is heat stamped to keep the fibers from shifting, retaining a consistent pore size and preventing contamination of your extracts.

Bubble bags use the strongest nylon fabric. Triple stitched with 100% nylon bonded thread for extra strength. So it can be used for many years, hundreds of times.

We produce bubble bag in multiple micron sizes commonly 8 bags/kit in 25, 37, 45, 73, 90, 120, 160, 190, 220, 240 micron. Other sizes from 2500 micron to 3 micron are avaiable on your demand.

Instructions

1. Place bags into bucket starting with purple 25 micron bag then white, etc. all the way up to blue 220 micron bag into the bucket.
2. Fill the bucket with enough cold water to cover the bottom of the bubble gags (about halfway full).
3. Put in your frozen and dried plant trimmings.
4. Add enough ice to almost fill your bucket to the top.
5. Begin stirring the ice and plant trimmings for about 15 to 20 minutes, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
6. Pull the bags out one at a time from the water bucket.
7. Extracted herbal will be available for you to collect.
8. Remove the excess moisture using the pressing screen and a tea towel, and use your new herbal extract!

Weave

Plain Weave

Plain weave is made by crossing the warp and weft yarns with each other. Well-regulated and highly durable textile fabrics can be created as there are many points where the threads cross each other (structure points). It is also resistant to friction.

Since the warp and weft yarns appear on the front and rear surfaces of the textile uniformly, it is sometimes difficult to make a distinction between the front side and the rear side compared to other structures.

It has different but precise mesh opening from 3um to 4400um. Packaging & Shipping

1. Rolled on the paper core, 30-70m/roll, packed into PE bags, the product label is attached on the edge of each roll
2. 2-8 rolls per standard export carton
3. Put into PP woven bag to prevent damage during transportation
4. Package belt strengthen

For fabricated & molded filters:

1. Packed into sealed PE bags, 10pcs to 500pcs/bag according to the actual size, double bagged and the product label is attached in the inner bag
2. Put into bigger PE bag and then standard export carton
3. Wrapped the outer carton with PE stretch film to prevent damage during transportation
4. Package belt strengthen if pallets are available
