All our customers' drawings will be backed up. The raw material is the cold-pressed thin version produced by Hebei Handan Iron and Steel, and the error is only negative 0.2MM.All blanking shall be done on the laser cutting machine, and the blanking accuracy shall be within 0.2MM.Blanking accuracy, can fully ensure the accuracy of late bending.
Drawing is the same, the error in the production process can be controlled, so the product consistency is good, product quality is stable.

In addition, before the production, QC shall test the toughness, flatness, thickness of steel plates, and ensure plate size error is within the allowable range, surface is smooth and free from concave and burr. Then, workers shall fill in process card then will move to the following procedure of laser cutting .The workers will produce according to the operating instructions and drawings strictly to guarantee the accuracy of side cutting and punching.,which the tolerance is within 0.1mm.

Before packaging, QC will overall check the whole structure, surface and parts.,etc by pre- assembly. At packaging, workers must strictly follow export transportation standard to do package and make sure the quantity of parts are correct and the layout is suitable and firm.
