2、Main performance of composite pipe and tank
1.Excellent corrosion resistance: hard PVC, CPVC, PE, PP, PVDF has
excellent long-term corrosion resistance. The outer glass fiber
reinforced plastic enhances the mechanical strength, but also plays
a protective role, so that PVC, CPVC, PE, PP, PVDF in the outdoor
long-term use is not easy to aging. The corrosion resistance of
PVC, CPVC, PE, PP, PVDF is shown in the table.
2. High heat resistance: For example, pure PVC, CPVC pipe and tank
begin to soften when the temperature is 80 ~ 85℃, 130℃ presents
soft state, and 65℃ has obvious deformation, so the long-term use
temperature is lower than 50℃. The heat resisting temperature of
FRP/PVC, CPVC, PE, PP, PVDF composite pipe and container can be
increased to 85 ~ 90℃. As measured 100 FRP/PVC, CPVC, PE, PP, PVDF
tubes at 93℃ burst pressure of 14Mpa. Therefore, the safe use
temperature of the composite pipe and tank is less than 80℃, and
the low temperature should be higher than -15℃.
3.FRP/PVC, CPVC, PE, PP, PVDF pipe, cans strong adhesive force:
PVC, CPVC, PE, PP, PVDF, and the thermal expansion coefficient of
FRP performance difference is very big (PVC, CPVC, PE, PP, PVDF on
the number of thermal expansion of epoxy FRP 2-4 times), due to the

The product specimens were boiled at 90℃ for 1 hour and then
immediately frozen at -10℃ for half an hour. The impact of heat and
cold alternated for 10 times. There was no stratification at the
interface, and the interlaminar shear strength was ≥7Mpa.
4.CPVC is mainly characterized by temperature resistance increased
by 40℃, density increased, flame resistance improved, other
properties similar to polyethylene.

3、Main properties of FRP/PVC, CPVC composite pipe and tank
