| Introduction of the product: | Description and principle of the product: TVP-Ⅲ/30-40 Vertical exhausting machine is the third version
product designed by our company, the brief product performance and
characteristics are introduced following: 1.Vacuum machine group: New group of vacuum machines Jk-150A/JK200 improve the manual
butterfly valve to a pneumatic high vacuum baffle valve, and also
improve manual tee valve to two separately electromagnetic
pneumatic backing valve and pre-pumping valve (the same instruction
as the coating machine group). The improved machine group has the
following functions and characteristics: (1)Pneumatic high vacuum baffle valve change the defects of the
hand butterfly valve, O-ring butterfly valve is easy to break by
glass dregs, and gas leakage, and electromagnetic pneumatic valve
makes automatic protection possible. (2)New high valve is the link between side tube and main exhaust
pipe where glass cullet can’t drop directly on the valve cup, and
avoid O-ring be broken by glass; therefore it increases service
life and maintenance cycle. (3)Due to backing valve and pre-pumping valve are independent,
which stop the blow-by mistake of tee valves, and enhance the
vacuum pumping speed. (4)Enhance touching air automatically protection function and, have
sound and light alarm, which increase service life of diffuser
pump. (5)Enhance phase failure sound and light alarm of diffuser pump. (6)When power supply turn off suddenly, to protect diffuser pump,
it can close high valve and backing valve quickly. 2. Hot-shielding box: (1) Hot-shielding box is a lifting model. Move up and down it
changes the former electric block chain to reducer, pulley, and
balance iron which finish the up and down movement though steel
wire rope. And fix security activity safety lever on the column,
fix limit bump pause up and down. When the box is arrived, reducer
will stop working automatically. (Balanced iron is located in the
column, and have good security) (2) The frames, inter lining and inter reflecting plate of
hot-shielding box have used anti-deform high temperature design.
The frame has designed anti-deform expansion joint; the design of
inter lining and inter reflex board have using anti-deform model;
fixing hole have also designed to expanded hole. (3) In hot-shielding box it designs two floors of stainless plate;
inter lining has the heat insulation, antisepsis, anti-rust
function, and adds one floor of stainless plate reflex hot board
which reduces hot radiation, and enhances thermal insulation
performance . (4) The temperature retention floor of hot shielding box uses
silica acid aluminum wool which has good thermal insulation
performance. (5) Due to change thermal insulation performance design, heat power
reduces greatly, while hot time is unchanged or reduced.1.5M
exhausting machine, heat power has changed from 13.5kw to only 9kw;
1.8M exhausting machine has changed from 18kw to 13.5kw. 3. Electric heater: Electric heater choose stainless steel direct heater, designed and
produced strictly according to safety surface power density, long
service life, fast heat speed. It allocates electric heater by long
and short proportional in the whole hot-shielded box, which makes
the temperature symmetrical in different part. It enhances display function when electric heater is operating, 12
branches of heater tubes on the control panel have 12 working
indicating lamps respectively, and if heater machine is broken
