UTC provides the right people with the right tools and training to keep your equipment operating optimally. All service technicians are factory-trained and certified. Service engineers are available to provide additional technical support and training when needed.
Via a partnership with sister UTC company Carrier Commercial Services, UTC Power dispatches service personnel from over 90 offices nationwide. Carrier service technicians are cross-trained on UTC Power equipment which enables them to service both CHP and HVAC equipment in the same service call.
UTC maintains a substantial inventory of spare parts to ensure that parts are where our customers need them, when they need them. When required, parts can be expedited for next day delivery.
Remote monitoring is available with all UTC Power products.  Monitoring is included as a standard with all service agreements provided by UTC Power.  Service personnel monitor customer systems around the clock and respond to system alarms 24 x 7.
