 Yingsheng rubber insulation material class1 is foaming rubber insulated material which has closed cell structure, no CFCs, low thermal conductivity,excellent vapor penetrating resistance and fire resistance performance. The product can be divided into tube and sheet. It is easy for installation, safty and Environmental protection. Within the scope of the using temperature, it is fit for keeping cool or insulation of water pipe, duct, Refrigeration and heating equipment, hot water pipeline and crafts pipeline in HVAC systems, insure the whole system "steam tight".

1.Effective thermal insulation
Thermal conductivity coefficient is a main physical index to show the materials thermal conductivity ability. It is relevant to the material component,.density,.molecular structure and environment humidity. So,.at first,.we adopt fully closed cell structure to reduce the water absorption rate. insure stable thermal conductivity. On the other hand. we adopt advanced production craft to set a lower thennal conductivity. the initial thennal conductivity coefficient is 0.034w(m.k). Energy saving effect will be obvious for long term operation,low maintenance.

2.High combustion-proof performance
Combustion performance is an important index to measure the security performance of the material. Yingsheng rubber insulation materialis composed of high grade compound material mixed with plenty of combustion-proof and smoke reduction material. It will not melt when come across the fire. It has low smoke density, low toxicity and self-extinguish. Yingsheng's burning performance corresponds to Chinese national standard GB8624-2006 <> The certification of combustibility of structure material); it is classified hardly combustible material Class B1. According to GB/T20285-2006. it has reached the standard Of Class ZA3. safety and reliable.
Since 1999. Yingsheng rubber insulation materials have obtained the fire. proof B1 level using authorization certificate. it was determined as the quality follow-up product by State Fire Building Material Supervision and Inspection Center and obtained the quality follow. up certification in 2003. In the first month of 2008, we re-applied for the latest quality follow-up certificate and fire-proof mark.

3. Water vapor penetrationg performance, aging resistance
Water vapor penetrating performance, aging resistance Water vapor permeability of the material is a measure of water vapor permeation and extent of absorption capacity,moisture resistance s the water infiltration performance of micro-thermal insulation which can be known through permeability coefficient of thermalinsulation and water vapor diffusion coefficient.Greater of the , the water vapor infiltration capability is stronger,and the better the effect of the insulation material. Gaseous water(water vapor)is the primary means of hygroscopic materials, the complete closed cell structure of Yingsheng has a higher moisture resistance factor, ≥7500.a "built in" vapor layer.the overall performance of Yingsheng is the insulation layer,and also the moisture-resistant layer, even if the surface spoiled.its whole thickness direction closed foam can still effectively stop the infiltration of outside water vapor, thereby ensuring the physical properties long-term stability and extend the life span of the material in the humid environment.
