Temperature range of spraying foam is 15-35, and 15-30is the best.
It needs to heat when the environmental temperature is low, and
that of composite material can not be above 27. The sprayed surface
should be dry without rust, oil stain, or dust. It should be mixed
thoroughly before using and tightened when not in use for moisture
proof.

Spraying polyurethane hard foam wall insulation
is made of material A (isocyanate) and material B (polyols, foaming
agent, catalyst, fire retardant, etc) which are sprayed foaming in
place through high-pressure foaming equipment into insulation
layer. The outside-wall heat insulation system consists of the
insulation layer, skin coat of polymer dry mortar and strengthened
layer of glass mesh. The decorative layer is applicable for
painting and tile, etc.
Seamless binder of polyurethane hard foam is
tightly stuck with base level (concrete, mortar, red brick,
building block, wood, steel, glass, etc) with strong unity.
Skin coat has the performances of splitting
resistance, water proof, shock resistance and ageing resistance.
The lifetime of system can be over 25 years.

Main advantages of spraying construction technology:
1.The various shaped substrate materials, regardless of plane,
vertical face, top layer, circular, spherical, or other irregular
complex matters, are all directly processed by spaying foam without
costly charges of mold making.
2.The shape of foam insulation layer is consistent with that of
substrate materials with no joint and good heat insulation. There
is a compacted protective layer outside of foam coating, which can
greatly protect inner core materials, and it is easy for painting
and further decoration of external surface.
3.It is especially used for heat insulation of large and irregular
objects with high productivity and rapid molding. The Spraying
polyether composite material consists of polyether glycol,
catalyst, fire retardant, foaming agent and etc. Usually polyether
composite material is a kind of yellowish or red brown thick
transparent liquid without concretion, unevenness and mechanical
impurities.
Key points of construction:
1.The substrate material is even (in line with standard
requirements). Before painted, it needs to clean out loosened parts
of substrate materials, dust, filth, and board up holes, and
install inserted parts. The substrate materials must be dry with
water content8%.
2.It is forbidden to construct when there is running, under 0, and
strong wind (four scales).
3.Before spraying, the protection should be well done to door
window, near wall, ground passersby and vehicles and prevent any
pollution. The operators must wear exposure suit, helmet,
protective spectacles, etc.
4.Layered spraying; each layer should not be over 2cm and the error
not over 5mm.
5.Polishing should be fine and even; the error should not be over
2mm.
6.The security measures should be well done to guard against
falling from the sky and electric shock. The falsework tools,
lifting equipment, polishing equipment, and spraying equipment
should be carefully examined. The workers must wear safety belt,
safety rope and helmet. There should be full-time safety officer.
