Silica gel desiccant for container

Nowadays,means of container transportation has been developing rapidly all over the world,but there is a problem in container shipment.During transportation,vapor will condense inside the container with changes in temperature as well as humidity.Usually,the condensed vapor is calledContainer Rain”.It can cause severe damage to goods.

The desiccant we produce have strong adsorption capacity for the vapor inside the container.They can effectively lower the dew point,thus controlling the condensation of vapor inside container.The weight of vapor that can be adsorbed by 100gram of container desiccant is as follows:at RH 50%,25gram min;at RH 90%,35gram min.The desiccant can still keep its dry appearance after adsorption without causing any pollution.It can be disposed of as normal trash after being used.

Recommended amount for application:
.For each 20container:40 bags of 100g;20 bags of 200g.
.For each 40container:80 bags of 100g;40 bags 200g.

Remark1）The a/m are applied to general circumstances.If use the desiccant in an environment with extremely high temperature and humidity or with significant change in temperature and/or humidity,you can accordingly increase the quantity in order to prevent the vapor from condensing.
2）The following explains why the water vapor condenses.If the temperature is 30℃the vapor content in the air with high humidity can reach to 30.4g/m3.When the temperature drops from 30℃ to 18℃,the vapor content in the air will drop to 15.4g/m3.The rest vapor,which is 30.4g-15.4g=15g,will condense into water. If the space is 20m3,300g of water will condense.This is how the socalled container rain”is formed.The desiccant can keep the container dry inside and prevent the goods from being damaged when experiencing temperature change between day and night or during a long distance voyage.
