Since 1986 the portable and temporary rental cooling or air conditioning requirements of many commercial or industrial buildings can be easily provided by the use ofTEM rental Portable Air Conditioning Units. These units are located outside the facility for the duration of the temporary cooling requirement. Flexible supply and return ductwork connects the rental Air Conditioning Unit to the facility.

We offer emergency, temporary portable, air conditioners, chillers, cooling towers, spot coolers and trailer mounted air conditioners in capacities from 5 TR (ton) to 25 TR (ton) at standard operating conditions. All TEM temporary packaged air conditioning units are provided with necessary supply and return air flexible ductwork, UL rated temporary power cable, and a control thermostat.
