The thickness of the piston generally tends to decrease. It is
mainly restricted by the two contradictory factors of the
combustion pressure and the reduction of the temperature gradient.
The thickness is too thin, the ability to bear mechanical load is
poor, will cause mechanical deformation; If the thickness is too
thick, the temperature gradient is too large, causing too much
thermal stress and thermal deformation. Therefore, the piston head
thickness varies with the maximum combustion pressure of the
engine, the cylinder diameter, whether there is oil cooling, and
the combustion chamber form.
Piston top wall using heat flow type, that is, from the top to the
