Wedge wire screen is the widely using screen filter mesh for
filtration and separation in liquid/gas, mining, food, water
wasting, and so on. The screens as a core part of filtration
system, are usually designed into filter element . Screen's
wedge-shaped wire design provides maximum open intake area. In a
wedge wire application, the debris is filtered by the smooth side
of the standard wound wedge wire element. The screen's vertical
support rods are rigidly welded at every intersection, giving a

Stainless steel Johnson Screen are made during simultaneous winding
of specially profiled working wires on a spiral and welding them to
carrying wires placed along the tube. This technology allows the
production of wedge wire screens when very high gap precision and
