Q2. What if I don’t know above info?

Please provide a sample of the existing packaging your customer is using and we can analyze and recommend accordingly.

Q3. What is the minimum order quantity?

There is different minimum order quantity requirements for different product series. Please consult our sales staff and we’ll provide you with this information.

Q4. What are the trading terms you can offer?

We normally use FOB, EXW, CFR and CIF, but we can also offer DDU, DDP on request.

Q5. What happens if there’s a customer complaint?

If it is a product quality issue, we’d be happy to offer product replacement free of charge.
